WELCOME

The Siringa recorder method is composed of two books, Siringa 1 for the 1st stage of elementary school and its continuation, Siringa 2 for the second stage of elementary school. The division is adaptable to the student’s rate of learning because of the flexibility of the recorder method.

In this second book we present a varied repertoire from different eras and musical styles, as well as popular melodies from different geographical points in the world. We draw on the knowledge worked already in Siringa 1 by going over the Do Major scare, in order to expand it. The repertoire is demonstrated gradually, following a carefully ordered sequence.
